1. Our Services

Buzztour Travel is a travel booking and concierge service that assists clients in arranging:

⦁ Airbnb and short-term rentals

⦁ Local and international flights

We act solely as an intermediary (booking facilitator) between clients and third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, and property hosts. We do not own, control, or operate these services.

2. Booking Process

By using our services, you agree to the following process:

⦁ You submit a booking request

⦁ We provide a quotation based on availability

⦁ You make full payment

⦁ We process your booking with the provider

⦁ A confirmation is issued to you

Bookings are only confirmed after full payment is received and processed.

3. Payment Terms

⦁ Full payment is required before any booking is processed

⦁ Prices are subject to change until payment is completed

⦁ All payments confirm your authorization for us to proceed with the booking

⦁ Payments may be made via our approved payment channels

All payments are final, subject to the refund policies of the third-party provider.

4. No Refund Policy

Buzztour Travel operates a strict no cash refund policy:

⦁ Payments are non-refundable in cash once a booking is confirmed

⦁ Refunds, if any, are governed strictly by the policies of the airline, hotel, or service provider

⦁ Where applicable, clients may be offered:

⦁ Travel credits

⦁ Rescheduling options

By making payment, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to resolve the issue.

5. Cancellations & Changes

⦁ All cancellations and modification requests are subject to third-party provider policies

⦁ Additional fees or penalties may apply

⦁ We will assist in processing changes where possible, but do not guarantee approval

6. Third-Party Providers

All bookings are made with independent third-party providers, including but not limited to:

⦁ Airlines

⦁ Hotels

⦁ Airbnb hosts

These providers have their own terms and conditions. By booking through us, you also agree to their policies.

Buzztour Travel is not responsible for:

⦁ Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes

⦁ Accommodation issues or service quality

⦁ Actions, errors, or omissions of third-party providers

7. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including:

⦁ Full legal names (as shown on passport or ID)

⦁ Travel dates and destination details

⦁ Contact information

Buzztour Travel is not liable for any errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the client.

8. Travel Documents & Requirements

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they have:

⦁ Valid passports

⦁ Required visas

⦁ Vaccinations or health documentation

We are not responsible for:

⦁ Visa denials

⦁ Immigration issues

⦁ Denied boarding or entry into any country

9. Pricing & Currency

⦁ All prices are subject to availability and may change without notice

⦁ Prices may be quoted in different currencies

⦁ Exchange rate fluctuations may affect final pricing

10. Service Fees

⦁ Our service fees are included in the total cost provided

⦁ All service fees are non-refundable once a booking has been processed

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buzztour Travel shall not be held liable for:

⦁ Travel delays, disruptions, or cancellations

⦁ Losses resulting from third-party provider actions

⦁ Denied boarding, visa issues, or immigration decisions

⦁ Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

⦁ Natural disasters

⦁ Government restrictions

⦁ Pandemics

⦁ Strikes or transportation disruptions

13. Fraud & Chargebacks

⦁ Any fraudulent activity or misuse of payment methods will result in immediate cancellation of services

⦁ Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to legal action and recovery of associated costs

14. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services in cases of:

⦁ Suspicious or fraudulent activity

⦁ Abuse or misconduct toward staff

⦁ Violation of these Terms & Conditions
